We want you to love what you buy from us.
If something doesn’t work out, we’ll do our best to make things right — fairly and simply.

Since ATLAS partners with independent brands, some returns are handled directly by the brand that made your item. But don’t worry — we’ll guide you through it step by step.

🔄 Returns Made Easy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories should be intact.

  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

If a return doesn’t meet these conditions, we may send it back to you.

🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Beauty, skincare, fragrance, and haircare (if opened)

  • Intimates, undergarments, swim bottoms, or earrings

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Anything marked “Final Sale” at checkout

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email outreach@atlasstores.co within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and the item you’d like to return.

  3. We’ll respond with a prepaid return label (if eligible) or next steps from the brand directly.

Please don’t send items back without first getting return authorization — that can delay your refund.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake on your order.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to try to accommodate exchanges if the item is still in stock/available for exchange.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, email outreach@atlasstores.co within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll take care of it and coordinate with the Brand to replace or refund the item.

Note: ATLAS Stores, Inc. is a retailer and marketplace — not the product manufacturer.
For product quality or warranty issues, please contact the Brand directly.

🚚 Return Shipping

Unless your item is defective or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If we provide a prepaid label, we may deduct the shipping amount from your refund.

💌 Cancellations

Need to cancel an order?
We can help as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
Once your order’s on its way, you’ll need to go through the return process instead.

📬 Lost or Late Returns

We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Always use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt until your refund is complete.
